Terms of Service

You must be at least 21 years old, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher. Edge Room is not for anyone under that age.

You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you, including whether betting on sports is legal where you are.

Edge Room is a research tool. It shows model estimates, betting lines from sportsbooks, and a record of how its picks have done. It also lets you keep your own bet log.

It is not a sportsbook. You cannot place bets, deposit money or withdraw winnings in Edge Room, and it does not hold your money. Any bankroll or stake figure in the app is a number you keep for your own tracking.

Nothing in Edge Room is financial, legal or betting advice, and nothing is a guarantee of any result or profit. Models are wrong often. Past results do not predict future results. Bet only what you can afford to lose.

Picks for the NBA, NHL and MLB are marked as shadow mode: they are unproven and shown for research and tracking.

You are responsible for your password and for what happens under your account. Tell us at the support address below if you think someone else has used it.

You can download your data or delete your account yourself in Settings at any time. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or harms the service or other people.

During the beta, access to paid features is given by invitation and can change or end as the product launches.

When paid plans are offered, the price, what is included and how to cancel will be shown at checkout, and payments will be taken by our payment provider. Features and prices can change; a price change will not apply to a period you have already paid for.

The first 25 people to pay the one-time Founding Member price get Edge Room Pro for as long as Edge Room operates, including Pro features added later. It covers one account, for that person only, and can't be transferred or resold. It does not include the Sports Creator tools or any product we sell separately.

You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of paying, by writing to us at the support address below. A refund or a chargeback ends the Founding Member access. If we ever shut Edge Room down, Founding Member access ends with it. We may apply reasonable fair-use limits, such as a daily limit on AI Advisor questions, to every account.

Your bets, notes and settings are yours. You give us permission to store and process them to run the service for you.

If you post a pick to the public record, you are choosing to publish it. The record exists so that nobody can quietly edit or delete past picks, so a posted pick cannot be changed or removed. It can be marked as removed, but a removed pick is still listed and still counts in the totals. If you later delete your account, your posted picks stay on the public record with the account shown as closed.

Don't post anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights. Don't claim results that the record does not show.

Don't attack, scrape at scale, resell, or reverse-engineer the service; don't try to get around plan limits or the record's rules; don't use Edge Room to break the law or to harass anyone.

Lines, scores, injuries and statistics come from third parties and can be late, missing or wrong. Team logos and player photos belong to their owners and are shown for identification. Verify a price with your sportsbook before you bet; the price you are given there is the one that counts.

Edge Room is provided as is and as available. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or accurate.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Edge Room and its owner are not liable for betting losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from your use of the service, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it.

We may update these terms. When the change is meaningful we will say so in the app or by email. Using Edge Room after a change means you accept it.
